Columbine (Aquilegia caerulea)
The flowers can be eaten raw or used as a condiment for cooking; however, the rest of the plant is
poisonous! Leaves, stems, and roots can cause digestive system and heart problems, or even death.
There are different Aquilegia species, with different colors; however, their shape is the same, making
them easily identifiable (their edibility properties are the same as caerulea).
