Rocky Mountain Bearded Penstemon (Penstemon strictus)
It has been used to alleviate stomach pain, heal wounds, and reduce swelling.
As a tea of leaves and/or flowers, it could reduce coughing and help fight constipation
(note: if the tea is strong, it can induce diarrhea).
