Heartleaf Arnica (Arnica cordiflora)
It is used externally for the treatment of bruises, sprains, and swelling. Preparation: Cut leaves
and mix them with 70 degree alcohol (2 parts alcohol to 1 part of leaves), close the container,
leave it to rest for about 5 days, and strain the liquid. Apply the solution to the affected area as
necessary. If no alcohol is available, cut the leaves and stems, press them in a container and
apply. It stimulates and dilates capillaries. It stimulates the immune system. Do not use internally,
in open wounds, or broken skin (it is toxic).
