Jacob's Ladder (Polemonium pulcherrima)

It can be used as a food condiment. A tea can also be made with the leaves: place
them in a piece of cloth, close it well, and boil for about 10 minutes. The resulting
tea can be used for pleasure or for medicinal purposes to reduce headaches. A
poultice can be made with the leaves and wrap around either a superficial wound
or bruise for its faster healing. It is astringent.
