Nodding/Musk Thistle (carduus nutans)-B
The stems can be boiled and eaten as a vegetable; if you can't start a fire,
peel their skin, and eat the raw stems. A tea made with the flowers can be
used to purify the blood. The seeds can be consumed as tea as well, or to
make flour.
