Oxeye Daisy/Margarita (Leucanthemum vulgare/Chrysanthemum leucanthemum)
Al components of the plant are edible, either raw or cooked. It is has mild sedative
properties. The leaves are key to differentiate it from Scentless Chamomile. The latter
has linear leaves--typical of chamomile, while Oxeye Daisy's are toothed, spatulate to
oblong.
