Tumble Mustard/Jim Hill Mustard (Sisymbrium altissimum)
The entire plant is edible, with astringent properties. It can be eaten raw, cooked,
or drunk as tea. If used externally, it can be helpful to reduce bleeding, to treat acne,
and to keep the skin looking younger.
