Bedstraw (Galium boreale)

It is used to clean the urinary track and help heal internal bleeding and wounds.
It is also used to heal anemia. Externally, it has been used to clean the skin and
make it look younger (it tightens the skin) and healthier. Gargling daily with a tea
made of the flowers seems to take care of infections in the mouth and throat. It
was used to stuff mattresses--hence, its name.
