Hare Bell (Campanula rotundifolia)

The leaves can be eaten raw. Drops of tea made from the roots can be used to treat earaches. That very tea
can also be used to alleviate sore eyes. Some folks state that it helps to fight depression. The entire plant is
edible. It is said that chewing the roots can alleviate heart and lung problems (no medical proof, though).

Even though, its name "rotundifolia" means "round leaf," its basal leaves are very seldom round.
